A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST BE CALLING ABOUT YOUR PENGUIN, YOU CANNOT CALL THEM YOURSELF!
A Community Service Representative will answer the phone. They will ask you questions. Be sure to tell the parent or legal guardian the answers to the questions honestly!
They may also ask you for your penguin’s username and password.
